User Agreement for Pakistani Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the ijj Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ijj. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ijj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms attached to a specific offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

ijj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with ijj, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by ijj from time to time;
• Not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions unless you have disclosed this to ijj and received explicit written confirmation of eligibility;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the ijj Platform or any other gaming platform on responsible gaming or fraud grounds;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.

ijj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including without limitation a copy of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identity document. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time specified by ijj may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services at ijj, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the ijj Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, device fingerprints, payment methods, IP address ranges, or any other matching criteria — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ijj will permanently close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice upon detection of duplicate registrations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ijj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any suspected unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to ijj support immediately.

4.4 Account Verification

ijj applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request and at any point the Platform deems appropriate for anti-money laundering compliance. Verification typically requires submission of a valid CNIC or equivalent photographic identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

ijj accepts deposits via the following payment methods, each subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform at the time of transaction:

• JazzCash (instant processing, minimum Rs 200);
• EasyPaisa (instant processing, minimum Rs 200);
• Habib Bank Limited (HBL) bank transfer (same-day processing, minimum Rs 5,000);
• United Bank Limited (UBL) bank transfer (same-day processing, minimum Rs 5,000);
• Meezan Bank transfer (same-day processing, minimum Rs 5,000);
• Direct bank transfer to other supported Pakistani financial institutions (1–2 business days, minimum Rs 10,000).

All deposits are credited to your ijj PKR Wallet in Pakistani Rupees. ijj does not apply deposit fees on any standard transaction; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees which ijj cannot control or reimburse. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an Account review.

ijj reserves the right to conduct due diligence on the source of funds deposited into any Account and may request supporting documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits from unverified sources may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders to any payment method registered to the same Account and verified as belonging to the Player. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible (the "return to source" policy).

6.1 Processing Times

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically 15–60 minutes for standard verified accounts, same day for Silver-tier and above;
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfers: one (1) business day for verified accounts;
• Other bank transfers: one to two (1–2) business days.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The Account must have completed full KYC verification including identity and payment method verification;
• Any active bonus balance must be either fully wagered in accordance with applicable bonus terms, or the Player must elect to forfeit the remaining bonus balance;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method;
• No pending chargeback dispute, fraud investigation, or account review flag may be active on the Account.

6.3 Withdrawal OTP Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to OTP verification sent to the Player's registered Pakistani mobile number. This security measure is mandatory and cannot be waived. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, you must contact ijj support to update your registered number before any withdrawal can be processed.

ijj may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotional terms published for a particular offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published in the individual promotion's terms;
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically;
• Real-money funds in the PKR Wallet are used before bonus funds when placing wagers, unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to jackpot slots and selected live dealer tables — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published per promotion;
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers;
• ijj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or misuse;
• One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

All games and betting markets offered on the ijj Platform are governed by specific rules published within the relevant game interface or market description. The following general principles apply across all gaming activities on ijj:

8.1 Game Integrity

All live dealer games at ijj are operated using real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dealing procedures — in professionally managed studio environments. RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) use certified random number generators independently tested by recognised testing laboratories. ijj does not modify game outcomes under any circumstances.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed within each game interface and sportsbook market. These limits may vary by game type, table, and Player account tier. ijj reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to any Account without prior notice where such limits are warranted by risk management considerations.

8.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

In the sportsbook, if a match, event, or market is suspended, cancelled, or declared void, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's PKR Wallet in full. Specific void rules for each sport are published within the sportsbook help section. Cricket bets — including PSL matches and Pakistan international fixtures — are subject to official governing body decisions on match outcomes.

8.4 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, ijj reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any wager placed during a verified technical malfunction will be voided and the stake returned. ijj is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.5 Disputed Outcomes

All disputes relating to the outcome of any game or bet must be submitted to ijj customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. ijj's decision on disputes is final and binding after the internal review process is completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ijj Platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to generate bets without direct human input;
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds from illegal activity;
• Initiating credit card chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been used for gaming activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ijj staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

ijj is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available in every Account's Settings at no cost and with no restriction on use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of cumulative time spent on the Platform within a session or day;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and net wagering activity during an active session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account for a minimum of 24 hours or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately by ijj support and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

All content on the ijj Platform — including but not limited to the ijj brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of ijj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or otherwise used for any purpose without the prior written consent of ijj. All game content is licensed from independent certified providers and is used on the Platform subject to those licensing arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ijj's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the net balance held in that Player's PKR Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises. ijj shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, communication failures, or service interruptions outside ijj's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or pricing anomalies;
• Decisions made by official sporting bodies affecting the outcome of events on which bets have been placed.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ijj is governed by ijj's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at ijj.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, ijj collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through Pakistani payment providers;
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited activity;
• Sending account-related communications and, where consent is given, marketing communications;
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

ijj does not sell Player personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, identity verification services, game content providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

A Player may close their ijj Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the PKR Wallet at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the Player's most recently used verified payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances outstanding at the time of Account closure are forfeited.

ijj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• ijj suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk management, regulatory, or reputational concern;
• A Player has applied for self-exclusion;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ijj holds its applicable operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through ijj's customer support process, the dispute shall be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures as specified in ijj's applicable licensing framework.

Players are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ijj support at the email address set out in Clause 17 of these Terms. ijj undertakes to respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

ijj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions, or game rules — ijj will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days via the registered email address associated with each Player's Account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ijj.bio/terms-conditions and will display the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email and should include your registered Account email address, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. ijj will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
